Outstanding faculty and smaller class sizes offer individualized attention and close interaction. Masterclasses, Repertoire and Technique classes form the core curriculum. At FSI, the advanced program is open to both Suzuki and Traditional students. Piano Coaching, Suzuki Graduation, Chamber Music, Fiddle, Eurhythmics, Composition, Rhythm Revolution, Note Reading Basics, and Viola for Violinists offerings are available. Daily recitals and a grand finale concert feature student performances.

Need based scholarship assistance is available to students from the Fairbanks School of Talent Education group lesson program. Application forms are available at www.suzukifairbanks.com. All application materials must be received by March 1 to be considered.
Housing & Meals
Hotels and nearby B&Bs are available. On campus dining is available at the cafeteria and coffee shop in Wood Center, Monday through Friday. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby and accessible by public transportation from the university.

Recreation
Alaska offers a rich array of outdoor activities during the summer months of 24-hour daylight.
